If you property is managed by Fieldhouse Residential Ltd. and you are experiencing an emergency where either your safety or security of the property are at risk and you need assistance please e-mail us at and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Our e-mails are monitored throughout the evenings and weekends.

An out of hours emergency is something which places either you or the property in danger. Upon receipt of your e-mail we will assess the situation reported and appoint a contractor only where essential to ensure your safety. If a report is found to have been exaggerated you may be charged for any unnecessary call out.

In extreme weather conditions you will appreciate our team receive a higher than normal level of reports and so response times can be lengthy. Please note, if your e-mail is NOT deemed to be an emergency, or you are considered to have caused the problem, then you may be charged for any resulting call out.


If you experience a break in at any time of the day, in the first instance, please immediately contact the Police on 999 to report the situation and advise them if you require assistance to ensure your safety and wellbeing. Please report any issues to us at providing details of the situation including any Police Reference (if Police informed), this will be passed to your Landlord for their information and files. We will assess the situation upon receipt of your e-mail and appoint a contractor only where essential to ensure your safety.
